Our TowBoat/US Ipswich boat runs out of the Parker River and generally services the disabled boaters in the Ipswich Bay area up to the Merrimac River and down to Gloucester including the Essex and Annisquam Rivers. We advise all our members in this area to carry plenty of assistance coverage because of the constantly changing sandbars and the slow rides up the rivers.
